EvergreenAI provides website, marketing, lead-management, and communication services to local businesses. Service scope, pricing, and duration are described in each client's agreement.
Program: With your express opt-in, EvergreenAI sends transactional SMS notifications, such as an alert when a new lead arrives for your business, and account or appointment notifications.
Opt-in: Consent is collected through a standalone form at legal.evergreenai.live/lead-alerts. Opting in is entirely optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency varies based on lead volume and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Msg & data rates may apply per your carrier plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. We will send one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information or SMS consent is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. We may suspend service for abuse, unlawful use, or non-payment as described in your client agreement.
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. EvergreenAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
